The Romantic Outdoor Wedding at The Brilliant Ribby Hall

This wedding was the perfect outdoor wedding, not too bright not too dull, the gardens at Ribby Hall were looking gloriously luscious, we had a great Bridal Party a truly stunning Bride, and some days everything just feels right and this was definitely one of those days, the amazing C&B team at Ribby really help to create the best Wedding Day atmosphere!

~

So first things first we placed the registrars table design in the Gazebo, Ribby Hall very generously provide a table centre piece like this one for each of their civil ceremony weddings, Kristina provides us with the colour combination (If we aren't creating the flowers for the rest of the wedding) and we make them to compliment and deliver a couple of hours before the ceremony, in the winter or if the weddings are inside we can include candles just let the team at Ribby know what you'd prefer.

The Chairs were covered by Creative Cover Hire and were all brought outside for the ceremony

The quartet were doing a little sound check

Jason and I then went off to find the lovely Ruth who was staying in one of the Lodges at Ribby, we presented her with her gorgeous Raspberry, Hot Pink and Paler Pinks Wedding Bouquet

I introduced her to all the loveliness contained within this lovely bouquet

We included Deep Pink Freesia, Sweet Peas, Amalia Roses, Sweet Avalanche Roses, Wax Flower Blossom and baby variegated Pittosphorum foliage, the bouquet was completed with a plume soft trailing grasses

Some of the Amalia Roses were studded with tiny seed pearls, this wedding bouquet again was created by the lovely Shirl one of our senior Florists at FD HQ

The lovely Bridesmaids carried smaller veersions of the bridal bouquet

Then we went off to find the Groom's Party to pin their buttonholes in place

The Groom's men all were wearing Amlia Roses and Wax Flower Blossom in their lapels.

~The Groom was wearing a very special boutoniere including elements from his Bride's exquisite wedding bouquet including a Amalia Rose, Rolled sweet Avalanche Petals, Hydrangea Florets and Grass Loops

The Two Dad's looking very smart again both wearing Amalia Rose Buttonholes in Cerise Pink

The Groom and his lovely Mum

The Bride's Mum had one of our special FD epaulette Corsages made to compliment her ensemble perfectly

Exquiste Green Orchids and Pearls matching to perfection the lovely Mum's ensemble, this corsage was created by Vicki another of our senior Florists (Vicki & I have just celebrated our 21st year of working together!)

Here come the gorgeous Girl's looking absolutely stunning

The Hot pink Blush pink bridal bouquets work perfectly with their pink and ivory gowns

Loving the little Flower Girls Golden Magic Wands complete with floral magic wishes and the Adult Bridesmaid's more "Grown up" posies of Roses, Freesia, Sweet Peas and Wax Flower Blossom all in shades of Cerise, Magenta, Pale baby Pink and soft ivory, lovely!

Ruth looked truly breathtaking when she arrived with her lovely Dad

The Quartet was in full swing, the guests had taken their places and the Groom looked only slightly nervous

The ceremony was so magical out in the garden

Huge congratulations from all the team at Flower Design Events

Ruth's wedding bouquet complimented her wedding gown beautifully and smelled completely glorious with all those delicious Sweet Peas and Freesias, the pink shades were a perfect choice for an outside wedding at this time of the year!

Even the drinks were Pink!

The wedding reception was held in The Garden Room, this is my pesonal favourite Room at Ribby, the views into the garden are lovely and the decor is perfect for putting your own colours in and ensuring they work!

The Registrars arrangement becomes the top table design

We arranged a mixture of high and low designs, the low bowl vases were filled with Rose petal water and topped with a hand tied bouquet of Delphiniums, Hydrangeas and Roses, Sweet Peas and all sorts of loveliness.

Oh and what a gorgeous Cake with juts a couple of Amalia Roses on the top.

The tall conical vases were filled with Rose petal jelly and topped with hand ties of Larkspur, Hydrangeas, Roses, and whole manor of pink deliciousness
