A Very Beautiful November Wedding at The Fabulous Inn at Whitewell

The Inn a Whitewell is one of those truly special places, it's full of character and vintage romance, not to mention the incredible selection of wines, artisan ales and delicious locally produced food, I get very excited when we have weddings here not least because it usually means we can stay for our supper their Fish Pie is to die for!!!!!
Aisling & Andrew I'm sure had chosen The Inn for all of those afore mentioned reasons and of course the magnificent scenery, the fab Marquee and the beautiful bedrooms, I could go on but I'll stop right there!!!!
~
So first stop on this glorious November afternoon was to the Bride & Bridesmaids bedroom, Aisling was there to receive her Wedding Bouquet and her attendants to take custody of their stunning Pommanders

Aisling's Wedding Bouquet was a picture of November splendour with a collection of glorious natural Ivy Berries, Viburnum Berries, Schwartzwalder Calla Lilies, Memory Lane, Ocean Song, Cool Water and Blue Curiosa Roses, exquisite fragrant Muscari, Ivory Nerines, fragrant Rosemary, deep purple Hydrangeas and Lisianthus, Lavender and Phlox all gathered together to create a hedgerow gathered design perfect for the setting!
The ceremony was taking place in the lovely blue dining room which has the most spectacular views over the river

The windowsills were dressed with posies of fresh flowers in shades of Purple and cream

We included seasonal Brassicas, Ageratum, Vendella & Memory Lane Roses, Purple Phlox, Trachelium, Lissianthus and lots of seasonal berries, herbs and foliages in these delightful hand tied windowsill posies

Andrew was out on the terrace taking in the views when Jason caught up with him to pin on his boutonniere

Andrew's very special Groom's Boutonniere included an Aubergine Calla Lily together with fresh Heather, Rolled Rose Petals, Lisianthus, Nerine and bright Purple Hydrangea Florets
These two were just practising for when they're a lot older, the Registrar was really brilliant with them!!!
Andrew's lovely Brother was wearing a Cool Water Rose with Rosemary and Heather detail
The Bride Groom's Parents
The Groom's Mum's corsage of Phalaenopsis Orchids with rolled Rose Petals and Hydrangea in shades of purple and white
The superb new bridal co-ordinator Emma

Huge congratulations to Aisling & Andrew from all of the team here at Flower Design Events

Aisling's perfectly purple wedding bouquet is still looking fresh and vibrant

The celebrations then moved in to the fairy lit marquee, down the centre we'd arranged tall elegant conical vases filled with crushed ice effect jelly and topped with elegant hand ties dominated by exquisite purple Delphinium Elatum and deep purple Gladioli, with a collection of bridal flowers arranged around them, classy Calla Lilies, Hydrangeas, Brassicas, Trachelium, Lissianthus and Ageratum finished off with trailing Amaranthus, Fountain Grass and lots of seasonal foliages, herbs and berries

The Top table was an oval shape perfect for a sociable family, the candlelit centrepiece looked luscious and then two smaller vases on either end ensured the design was in proportion with the whole table.
Delicious Cup Cake Tower
The lower tables around the edges of the marquee had these lovely Hand Tied posies set on to mirrors in their centre we included Amnesia & Memory Lane Roses, Astrantia, Brassica, Calla Lilies and lots more seasonal loveliness besides

The Bridesmaids really did look stunning in their black gowns, perfect for the time of year
The floral pommanders were just beautiful, textured spheres of November brilliance we used Roses, Muscari, Hypericum, Sweet Williams, Hydrangeas, Nerines, Lavender, Phlox, Trachelium, Astrantia and Heathers each one was finished off with a black satin handle and a fine black ribbon flourish underneath

Such a fabulous wedding day, massive thanks to Aisling & Andrew for choosing Flower Design Events for their wedding Flowers
