Golfing Table Designs & Seating Plan Ideas

The most important thing about using themed table designs particularly for a wedding is that the designs aren't too obvous, that they look gorgeous and bridal on first viewing as you enter the room, then on closer inspection the guests will see all of the detail and really understand your theme without it overtaking your wedding day!

~

On this table design created on a tall table stand we attached Clubs to each of the three legs of the stand and had Golf balls hanging from the design, in the top was Pin flag created from Formium leaves, each guest had a monogrammed golf ball as a table favour. This seating Plan is created on a large "Welcome Ring" chosen to reflect the circle of life and the wedding rings, each section is designed to represent a certain Golf Club that the Bride & Groom had played at, so for "Royal St Georges" we used Red Roses for St George...

The Turnberry Table we used Heather and Thistles

Portmarnock we used Shamrock

At this wedding we used Golf balls within the table designs, the Grooms family owned a Golf Course in Canada and the Brides Family were Italian so the two most important things were of course Golf and Italian Food

A Very Special day at The Grand Hotel St Annes

The ceremony space was our first port of call, with beautiful chair and table dressings from Creative Cover Hire, Huge Vases of fresh white and green English garden flowers and a very elegant registrars table dressed with diamante encrusted vases of fresh blooms. These huge vases look so luscious, particularly filled with Delphinium Elatum, White Alliums, Hydrangeas, Peonies, Norma Jean Roses, Molucella and lots more loveliness
The small registrars table to the left of the main registrars table was dressed with just a few very carefully chosen vases of flowers set on mirrors
On the main registrars table I followed the ark of the table, each vase had a band of satin ribbon with a diamante buckle at the front
The little posies of flowers were tied with ivory satin ribbon
The Huge vases also had large diamante buckles on their satin bands around the centre of the vases, we also arranged small vases on the plinths they were standing on

We used a massive selection of flowers in these tiny posies, the beauty of this design isdefinitely down to the variety of flowers used.Sweet William, Roses, Hydrangeas
Calla Lilies, Sweet Peas, Peonies

The two bouquets were linked by fresh fragrant Lily of the Valley and one had Peonies and the other Sweet Peas again with the diamante buckle motif to finish

The fabulous girls on Reception Jenny & Jane

Abigail from Abigail & Eye fame it was great to work with them all day
& Sarah the "Eye" bit of Abigail & Eye
Just how gorgeous is this Sweet Pea & Lily of the Valley Wedding Bouquet
The Seating Plan was exquisite

The Wedding Breakfast was held in The Salon and it looked so elegant

The stationary was just sublime from Kimberley Card Craft

The cake was gloriously decorated with lots of Roses in different shapes and sizes

Brian from The Grand who is incidentally a bit of a hero of ours moved the huge vases through as Renske and I just couldn't quite manage it!

The table seated twenty five guests and was very intimate, I do love our Reflections table design it looks perfect on a table like this
