Vicki & Matthew's Wedding at St Nicholas & The Villa Wrea Green

Vicki our gorgeous bride was getting ready at The Villa, which is where we caught up with her to deliver the bridal bouquets, the bedroom was a hive of activity when we arrived...The now famous FD bouquet holding lesson
Paige was the very best; a natural magic wand handler! She's very obviously a real fairy princess!
Now this was an early wedding, the ceremony was scheduled for 11:00am so we'd arranged to be at St Nicholas for 8:30am to decorate the Lytch Gate...
This is a lovely lytch gate and to be honest a fabulous Church I think I may start the "Wes" fan Club, Wes is the dynamic and charismatic minister, I love his sermons at weddings they're really personal and meaningful!

We used Peonies, Roses, Sweet Peas, Hydrangeas, Jasmine & Ivy arranged in Garlands to dress the gate.

I love white Lilac

The pews were dressed with posies of Roses & Sweet Peas

On the widowsills we arranged vintage Bird Cages lanterns sat in posies of Roses & Peonies

We used Patience Roses to dress the bay trees.

At around 10:00 Matthew the handsome (& only slightly nervous) Groom and his Grooms men arrived

I pinned on their buttonholes

Matthew wore a Sweet Avalanche Rose with Gracia Creme Rose Buds
The very glamarous Yeomans & the Broomheads arrived
The Groom's mum wearing a corsage of Lilac, Patience Roses & Singapore Orchids

The guests were entertained by my favourite trio "Classic Ensembles"

This fabulous Classic Red Bus brought most of the guests

Vicki's lovely mum wore a corsage of ivory Phalaenopsis Orchids

The Bridesmaid's bouquets complimented the dusky pink shade of the gowns, I used Sweet Avalanche, Cream Vendella, David Austin's Miranda & Patience & White Lilac.

Vicki looked so excited when she arrived at church in a horse drawn carriage from Elegant carriages in Preston, these carriages are by far the smartest ones I ever see, the drivers and horses are completely immaculate.

The Bride looked so beautiful

Fresh Rose Petal Confetti cones

The biggest congratulations to Matthew & Vicki from all of the events team at Flower Design
Gail & Chris from The Astbury Studio, Chris is a very elegant photographer, his work is beautiful and I can't wait to see the finished album I know it'll be perfect!

Then to The Villa at Wrea Green for the celebrations we trimmed all of the lamp posts up the driveway with bouquets of Roses & Sweet Peas

Stuart at The Villa is fabulous, he's so welcoming and organises events beautifully, The Villa is an unusual eclectic space, which has a very cosy atmosphere perfect for this family wedding.
The top table design of Orchids, Roses & Sweet Peas, lit with crystal candle sticks

The tables throughout The Villa are all quite different in terms of shape and size, so Vicki selected these tall conical vases (they have a very small foot print which is perfect for the more narrow tables) filled with Rose petal jelly (they also included pink fairy lights that were switched on for the evening) and topped by a sphere of Cream Vendella & Sweet Avalanche Roses & powder pink carnations.

Each of the tables were named after Streets on a Monopoly board
