Gemma's wedding flowers, Park Gate Church & marquee

A huge thank you to Gemma who has just sent some stunning pictures of her very romantic wedding last July.

Groom's buttonhole of lisianthus, a lovely alternative to a rose and just perfect for echoing the gorgeous sweet peas used in the bouquets.
Gemma's wedding bouquet of sweet peas and roses in soft pinks and ivory.

The fantastic train on Gemma's dress provided the inspiration behind the look. The sweet peas and the ruffled train were a completely perfect combination.
And here she is, our bride arriving at the church looking amazing.

Bridesmaid's bouquet of mixed ivory, pink and lilac sweet peas.

Free standing pew ends, balls of pink roses, pale pink, lilac and ivory lisianthus and a trail of ivy for a beautifully romantic look. Used to line the aisle of this very modern church.

Low table centre of roses and sweet peas and a scattering of fresh rose petals.
Tall table centres of gladioli and sweet peas provide real impact in the marquee.
They were mixed with the low table centres to give flower and colour on every level.

The wedding breakfast in full swing, as you can see guests can easily see and talk to each other below the tall table centres and over the low ones - just as it should be.

And finally the wedding cake complete with fresh flowers for the top layer.

It just leaves me to say thank you so much Gemma for choosing me to design and create your wedding flowers for you and for sharing your lovely photos. It was an absolute pleasure. Very many congratulations on your marriage.
