We first met up with Ashley & Adam way back in August 2010, since then we 've enjoyed meetings, shared inspiration (Ashley's Moodboard is one of the most beautiful we've ever seen, but then she is an art teacher!) and eventually last week we had the opportunity to create the look that they both dreamed of.
It's fabulous working with creative people because they are able to visualise designs as a whole, in Ashley's case, her
trial wedding bouquet had to be made back in January when the exquisite Metalina & Amnesia Roses aren't available to us, it's quite a tall order to picture this bouquet without the "Leading Ladies" but Ashley could and she, more importantly trusted that we were all on the same page!
So the big moment had finally arrived, the presentation of this delicious antique, vintage wedding bouquet...
Ashley surrounded by her lovely Bridesmaid's for the all important Flower Design Bouquet holding lesson, they were all naturals!!!!!
Then it was time to meet up with Ashley's very handsome groom Adam, pictured here with his Best Man James
Adam was wearing an Amnesia Rose Boutonniere, with Wax Flower blossom, Hypercicum beries and a little flourish of Champagne Grass
The Balmoral Suite at
Bartle Hall was dressed ready for the civil ceremony, we'd arranged Hurricane lamp designs around the room creating a warm and cosy atmosphere, afterall it is February
The Registrars table design looked sumptuous and luscious, the design included lots of lovely vintage roses, Viburnum Opulus, Wax Flower Blossom, Hypericum and fragrant Eucalyptus, in the centre of the arrangement were two chapel candles.
The ceiling drapes and chair covers completed the look perfectly and were provided by
Creative Cover Hire

An Amnesia Rose Boutonniere
There were Boutonniere's for all of the special guests
As all of the guests took there seats in The Balmoral Suite the lovely Ashley and her father John made their way down the stairs in the main house
Elegance personified, Ashley looked so perfect!
This vintage shaded Bridal Bouquet looked completely exquisite against Ashley's lacey wedding gown
The photographer for the day was the very lovely
Roger Moss, we're very much looking forward to seeing his images of the day, he was a real gentleman and though we haven't seen his work as yet his performance on the day was very professional.
The sun was shining as the bridal party walked across the courtyard looking superb
The Bridesmaid's looked stunning, their gowns were in a "Bitter Chocolate" shade which complimented the bridal gown perfectly
The Bridesmaid's Vintage Mocha & Caramel creme shaded Bouquets were smaller, simpler versions of the Bridal Bouquet, we included Amnesia, Metalina and Vendella Roses, Cream Lissianthus, Wax Flower Blossom, Hypericum and lots of lovely toning foliages
